The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and informal. Our dinner was wholesome and enjoyable. Bedrooms were spotless. Roadside location was easy to find with plenty of free parking space on site.

Lovely friendly staff very welcoming .room was clean and very comfortable beds rooms don't have kettle but we brought our own and no TV but very good free WiFi so not a problem.breakfast was self service of an excellent continental with juice yogurt pastries 🍰 fruit cereal and a variety of breads for toasting best coffee maker for your morning hit.Bar food was very good quick service and piping hot .the Guinness is a good pint. saw a lovely act of kindness when a lone camper got soaked in very very wet weather and was brought to Critic's by a kind person and owner even hung up there ⛺ to dry for the night and hot food provided. We enjoyed our mini break and found it very relaxing and great value for money.
