The room was smartly planned, even though it was super compact it had all faciliies like a study table, a cloth hanger (if i remember correctly). a bunk bed, the lower bed could fit 2 people and the upper bed could fit 1. There were lights on top of both beds. There was a bathroom and a toilet room inside the room. The bathroom had hot water and the toilet room had a toilet brush which was great. The staff was super approachable and clear with the instructions, there were facilities like laundry, glass cups, seating, vending machines in the lobby. We could even buy adapters if required - this really helped us!

Nothing really to complain. It was a small cosy room just as advertised in the photos. When you’re in Switzerland you anyway don’t spend much time indoors so it’s fine. Breakfast was included and was good too.
