Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation.You will receive a secure link called SOTpay to complete your transaction. Due to security reasons this link can only be opened once and will expire after 24 hours.This property does not accept cash payments.Reservations for 4 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking.A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in.Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.Office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00. Bank holiday hours may differ.
Reception is open Daily from 10.00 to 16.00, while time self check-in can be arranged.Room servicing will only occur if your stay is 7 nights or more.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The Premier Suites are easy to get to, only a 5 minute walk from Queen St station. Getting in was very easy, the details in the email were precise and accurate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Inside the suite it is clean, quiet and comfortable. We were staying Friday night and Saturday night. The noise from the local bars was quite audible within the suite and better sound insulation in the windows would have been appreciated. The rest of the time, it was quiet, easy to get to and relaxing to stay in.

The location was central and perfect for walking to work. Shopping and airport bus was 2 minute walk away. Bed was very comfortable and great to have use of the washing machine too.

Very good location, easy to reach train stations and city on foot. Clean, spacious, OK kitchen facilities.
