the beds were incredibly comfy, decor of the room was very cosy. good tv services and room refresments. staff brought bags up to the room and were all very friendly and polite throughout the stay.

The staff were superb. I was arranging a surprise Dinner/Overnight as part of my Husband's Birthday. They allowed me to drop our Overnight Bag a couple of days before, to maintain the surprise element. Bag was in our room on arrival. Along with a lovely Birthday Catd , with a message to enjoy the gig we were going to. Showing they were very attentive to WhatsApp Messages that had passed between us.. Room was lovely, although didn't spend that much time in it. Wlill definitely be back soon 😍

Reception staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful on arrival. The hotel is super-stylish and feels very luxurious. Room rate was very reasonable given the quality of the hotel.
