It was all very easy. We got to check in early. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Great shower and toiletries included. Bed was huge and very comfortable and the room temperature was easy to adjust. Security was good and there was no noise at all. Easy walk from central station. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location in the centre of Glasgow - a short walk from Queen Street Railway Station. Effective use of space in the room. My daughter loved the mood lighting and changing the colours in the bathroom area.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very central. iPad’s were really easy to use and loved the fact you could change everything. Staff were lovely and it was great they could take our bags as we got an early flight into Glasgow. Would 100 per cent stay here again. Already have the hotel in Dublin booked.

On my arrival the staff member was very cheerful and welcoming. It was my first visit, therefore needed shown what to do but he was very helpful and made sure I was okay. The place its self was so quirky, which i loved. My abseloute favourite thing about it though was the bed, I cannot believe how comfy it was, I did t want to leave it.
