Very modern and welcoming , bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch also the coffee tea sugar and milk was a god send after a long journey

Friendly and helpful hosts. The property is spotlessly clean with excellent facilities - both bedrooms have en suite which is very useful when travelling with friends. Very comfortable beds and everything you need for a self-catering stay, only 9 mins’ easy drive to Hay-on-Wye.

Clean and tidy. Beautiful bathrooms. Very well equipped. Nice quiet location. Nice extra touches of milk and Prosecco on arrival.
