Breakfast was good and cooked freshly to order. The dining room was pleasant with lovely views of the river. If the weather had been better then the terrace and gardens would have been enjoyable.

Superb location right on the River Wye. Easy access to Hay, Brecon and further afield. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options and all delicious. Our room was stylish and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everywhere was spotless. You couldn't wish for better hosts than Tina and her husband - very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and very accommodating with additional requests such as an extra plug.
