A little gem. Rustic on the surface but pure luxury underneath. Beautiful barn conversion with such attention to detail. The pool/gym building is a 5* facility… no expense was spared! Hosts were lovely… on hand but not in your face. The farm its self was a great place for our teens to explore…. They loved the out building with the snooker table and dart board! The location was perfect for exploring the east coast. With lovely villages and foody pubs within 5 minutes drive. Could not find one cobweb or bit of dust! Hard to achieve on a farm! Kitchen was well equipped and spotless with a farmhousey feel. Bedding and towels A1
