Value for money. 2 queen beds catered 1 adult and 3 kids (including 2 teenage). Many rooms available and probably easy for sporting group booking. Bed, shower, toilet, A/C were excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant RockSalt for celebration and it was a bonus. Very nice and straight to bed. A bit pricy for our normal family dinner. Location - 10min walking to the waterfront and cafe and the view was stunning. It changed my impression of this town.

location was good, room was OK, better than the building, but had family room which was noisy
