The bistro was excellent. Couldn't fault the quality of food. Our arrival was very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were really happy until we checked the bathroom and went barefoot on the carpet so overall there was good and not so good.

The staff were professional, courteous, helpful, cheerful and just lovely, from Reception, to the dining room, bar and kitchen. The staff could not be faulted. Also, one of the best cheeseburgers I have had in a long time.
