After-hours, after 21:00 and before 06.30, by picking up the phone located on the left hand side of the front door, the duty manager will answer.Please note that for stays of 2 nights or more, only minimal servicing takes place.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Omg the beds were amazing, for the price it was way better then what we expected. Definitely will come back again. The lovely night manager even waited for us after hours as we got in later then expected

The staff were lovely, the room was very clean, the location was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. As a woman travelling alone I felt incredibly safe and I will definitely stay here again.
