The manager was very welcoming, and we enjoyed our conversations with him. It was also very peaceful and quiet.

Paul was awesome. Please check the connections in the bathrooms, I know they are new but they spray water onto your feet when using the vanity. Also maybe note shower drains to middle of bathroom.

The location was the reason I booked this venue. It was walking distance to the Marina for an event that was one.
