We loved the guest house’s central location. It's just a five to ten-minute uphill walk from the bus station, which is to be expected in this hillside town, but it didn’t feel like much effort at all. We were only carrying daypacks though. From here, the beautiful old town is just a short, almost effortless walk away through the narrow cobbled street of stone houses. Our room faced the road, but privacy wasn’t an issue — unless the person walking past is over 2 m tall and peering hard, they can't look in. We only noticed the occasional car passing by, and it was not too disruptive. Inside, the room was basic but perfectly functional. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a fridge. The bathroom was small, and the shower wasn’t sectioned off, so things did get a bit wet - but slippers were provided, so it wasn’t a problem at all for our short two-night stay. Best of all, the owner is an absolutely lovely lady who was always happy to help and made our stay that much more pleasant.
