An excellent property near to the bus terminal and main road in Gjirokaster. About a 20 minute walk from most tourist attractions up the hill. The property is modern and has a shower with a door (a rarity in Albania) such that the bathroom does not flood when showering. The place is quiet at night and is situated above a supermarket that opens early and remains open late. The supermarket is medium priced and has a wide stock. The host was very friendly and good at communicating. To meet the host you have to go to the supermarket and ask for the apartment from the cashier. They then call the host to come and meet you shortly afterwards. Views from the apartment are amazing looking up the hill and towards the mountains.

We didn't want to carry our luggage to the old town and opted to stay here instead, which is like only 5 minutes to the bus station. Great location with supermarkets and a great bbq restaurant just opposite the apartment. The apartment is very new and well kept, and our host left snacks and 3 in 1 coffee packs for us. It's a short walk to the old town but it's nice to be away from the touristy areas.

We were so happy with our choice! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — it honestly felt like home. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with some essentials, which made things really easy and comfortable for us. Everything was tidy and well taken care of, and the place had such a warm, welcoming vibe. We truly enjoyed our three days in Gjirokastër and would happily stay here again!
