We arrived in the evening and we didn't have any issues with the check in. It was very straightforward. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The communication was amazing even before the trip. The hotel is located in the very center of the town, but it was really quite. The beds were really comfortable. The room and linens were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. There are restaurants and shops just by the hotel. The food in the hotel's restaurant was homemade and was really taste. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel’s location was perfect, very near to the castle, bazaar and it was perfect. Very clean suite and great breakfast. The hosts were helpful and friendly. We had an amazing experience 😊

Location is very good (old town), rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was recently redone, too. The elderly couple that owns the hotel is very friendly. Albanian-style breakfast was good, although coffee was not included.
