Host family were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a late lunch and an early breakfast prepared by them, and both were traditional and excellent. The room was very cozy. We felt right at home. This traditional home is very close to the bazaar, Zekate House, and the castle: location, location, location!

Great location only 5 minutes walk from the old bazaar. The terrace that our room extended onto had the most amazing views over the valley and the city. It was beautiful to sit and watch sunrise, sunset, and the change of the colours. Very quiet area. Breakfast was typical Albanian with more than we could eat and delicious. Good sized room. Very helpful and welcoming host.

Location: short walk to the castle, bazaar, restaurants and traditional houses. Stellar view of the town and valley. The distance to the bus station didn't matter because our hosts picked us up and gave us a ride back with no charge. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Dinner at the guesthouse of traditional Albanian dishes was tasty and so generous we had enough for lunch the next day! There were both indoor & outdoor spaces for chilling out. Our hosts were friendly, caring and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.
