This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, clean and bright. Huge walk in shower with unlimited hot water and good pressure. Beautiful side view of city and mountains from balcony as rooms are on the 11th and 12th floor of the Centre Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaners. I had a problem using the TV and messaged the hotel. Someone was at my door within two minutes to help me. The breakfast was plentiful in a large restaurant with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked a park. I got free use of a gym in the basement and a free ticket for a movie. I will definitely stay at the hotel again if I return to Gjokova, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from bus station.

Friendly staff, welcoming, the room was big and crystal clear! City view, located in the heart of the city of Gjakova! Definitely the place to stay in Gjakovë!

Our room was fantastic, the bed was SO comfortable and it was great to have a kettle for hot drinks. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, right in the middle of the city. Given its central location, we were also surprised at how peaceful it was in our room. Breakfast the next morning (included) was also delicious. Staff were really friendly and stored our bags for us after checkout so that we could explore the town a bit. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here 😃

It was a pleasure to be back at Hotel 12. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, very clean and comfortable rooms and all the amenities are included as always.
