I stayed for three nights with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!

Informative Receptionist, excellent room, bathroom. Convenient location. 10min walk to the busstation and 10min walk to okd town with mini bus to Barjam Curri nearby.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. They stored our bikes securely as requested. The location was very central.
