Smooth transfers from Gizo harbour or airport - only 5 min boat ride away but the island manages to feel very secluded despite the proximity. Food is fresh and delicious but if you stay for a week as we did, the choice is quite limited - special recommendation: crayfish omelette! 😋 Amazing over water huts (we had a two bedroom) are clean and spacious with ample room to string up some hammocks on the breezy veranda). Snorkelling off the communal/restaurant hut is excellent and there are plentiful day trips on offer. We went island hopping to the east and west. Kennedy island has amazing snorkelling as well! Prices for everything are reasonable.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We knew the accommodation would be more basic compared to other resorts in the area, but weren’t sure what to expect. But wow! Everything was great, from the warm smiles every day from the staff to the stunning location and the overwater bungalow. The staff is amazing and super helpful. And the food was yum! Plus the best snorkelling in the whole area is right in front of the restaurant. Thanks team, we will be back!

a slice of paradise, truly. visited in early september, it was always breezy, the room facing the sea, and the small conservation area the owners have created around the islands shows! great fish life, a resident group of black tip reef sharks, colonies of bird. The staff is amazing, calm, attentive and kind. Food is also delicious. Descriptions like this don't give the place justice. Might not be for everyone due to its simplicity, but for us it was unbeatable. Will visit again one day!
