The property is bright and airy, nice shower and comfortable bed and all mod cons are there, the area is quiet too, the roads around the area are fantastic for cycling and walks.

Perfect! Exceptionally comfortable and well equipped, and very convenient with a boulangerie in the village within a 3 minute walk. Plenty of outdoor space, with a covered seating area and barbecue (not used due to short stay). Safe and secure parking, and a very welcoming host. Already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Lovely comfortable and cosy cottage in a peaceful setting. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay and the owner is close by should you need anything.

The house is very comfortable and spacious (we were there with 2 people). Great bed, fully equipped kitchen, large shower area, and roomy sitting area / kitchen, all on the same floor. There is a terrace outside as well – which we have not used. We have used this house to visit Tours (about 45 min drive), Castle of Villandry (beautiful gardens), Castle of Azay-le-Rideau and the Abbey of Fontevraud (all of these with 30-45min by car). There is a castle in Gizeux as well (which we have not visited).
