The staff is always very kind and helpful. The facilities of the hotel look nice and well maintained: the pool, the reception the garden … they look great

The stay here was very comfortable. Away from the busy part of Giza. My wife and two daughters absolutely loved the hotel. The garden area and the pool was the main thing that attracted us to Turquoise Pyramids Palace. Theres a food court area within a few minutes walk. Plenty of shops nearby. The staff are amazing. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and gives a sense of comfort and elegance. The food was fresh and delicious, offering a good experience throughout my stay. I would like also to extend my sincere appreciation to Sahar, Kenzy, Sama , Habiba and Essam at the reception. Their politeness, kindness, and responsiveness truly enhanced the experience—they were always ready to assist with a smile. My gratitude also goes to Mr. Mohamed, the manager and to Chef Rania. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable. Will definitely come again.

everything!! the room was so clean and spacious. The staff calls every morning to check up on us make sure we don't need anything. They are very flexible and accomodating. The pool is amazing😍
