The location is perfect, the hotel/room itself could use a renovation. Big plus: we could store our bicycles in a shed in the backyard.

Riverfront Hotel and we had a view over the River. Modern shower/bathroom in our room and good coffee making facilities. The owner spoke very good English. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. There was a Summer Solstice Music Festival on in the Hotel Garden with live music which we very lucky to hit on as we had changed our plans to go to Givet at the last minute and weren't aware of the Music being on. We had a lovely stay and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Good parking in the back garden for motorbikes and I believe they also had a shed for bicycles. Givet is a pretty little town and a good stop en route back to UK from Europe. Cafes and Restaurants nearby.

Very nice owner of the facility. The room was clean. The bathroom was large. The location was excellent. Beautiful town. Despite this tiny minus, we will definitely go back there.
