This was other second stay with the family and we were happy to see the room improvements they've made. Staying here feels like being home, the food mama jero cooks is delicious and papa jero's tips for exploring the surrondings are always useful. Great view of the lakes beneath. TIP: If you want to hike the jungle walk and avoid paying for the entry I recommend starting 300m before the main point, on the corner close to the school - See the attached pic. Maps.me has you covered.

Nice for the price. People are really amazing, and Mama's cooking is the best. But the only negative aspect was the musty smell in the bed, bedsheets, and towels. It smelled like old furniture. Maybe because the mattress was old and faded, there was some lingering stuff (bed bugs?)🤷♀️🤷♀️. We spent only two nights. But maybe other beds are better, and everything else is very nice. Good value for money.

The people who run this family business are very lovely. It was a cute little room and the ameneties matched the price.
