The views are truly amazing. The location in a quiet mountain village is perfect for a relaxing vacation with lots of opportunities for hiking. The apartment has everything you need, we can highly recommend staying here.

“It’s like being in the nature documentary”
02 May 2025
We had a really lovely stay! The town is beautiful, and the free parking was a great bonus. The apartment had a comfy, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a big bathroom with a fantastic shower, and truly spectacular views. Everything was very clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was big and very comfortable, though there was only a thin duvet at first — but when we asked, the staff kindly provided us with an extra one, which made it much cozier. There are charming villages and beautiful walks close by. If you’re looking for a bakery, there’s one in San Juan de Plan — it’s not on Google Maps, but locals are happy to point you to it if you ask. We highly recommend visiting Ibon de Plan: you can drive up the Saravela mountain road (about €5 per entry) and then enjoy a one-hour hike up to the stunning lake. Just a small note: the local animals wear bells that ring throughout the day — it’s quite cute and adds to the rural charm, but if you’re sensitive to noise and, like us, enjoy keeping the windows open, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place!
