Nice comfortable place, just opposite the lake where I enjoyed several swims! The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax.

Hotel located a few meters away from the beautiful Kivu lake and some restaurants and bars which provide good services including at night. Has a large and charming gardens from where you can interact with rabbits and birds. Staff always reachable.

The staff were really helpful and kind. The location for meeting in Serena was perfect. I could walk there. The garden was super, lots of birds, rabbits, chickens Guinea fowl and a turkey. The price was good. I had a lovely room looking over the garden. I could see the lake over the walls. Sitting in the garden I could watch the world go by. The breakfast was served in the garden. It was beautifully served and presented.
