“Clean, excellent location but the staff really made it for me!”

Fantastic stay! The staff were so helpful - the manager went out of his way to sort out a query I had and resolved it quickly. I would definitely come back. Roof terrace is lovely but it was sadly a bit cold! Hotel is in a really great location for quick accesss on foot (2-3 mins) into the beautiful girona centre. Highly recommend for a city break.

Unfortunately there were major renovations being carried out during our stay so facilities were limited and a lie in impossible due to the noise from the work men on the Friday and Monday. Unfortunately we were not made aware at the time of booking about these works. The staff were excellent and the Hotel is in a great location from which to explore Girona

🙂staff excellent - very friendly and helpful 🙂location fantastic 🙂good breakfast and staff do a great job restocking and cleaning up continuously 🙂room/bathroom spacious and comfortable ☹️ noise from building work early morning and from terrace bar late at night 😟a couple of hooks needed to hang up clothes in bathroom ☹️ 7 hangers in wardrobe insufficient for two people for 4 day stay 😟 no bottle opener in room so could not use fridge contents Positives outweigh negatives and recognise building work is temporary

Staff fantastic. Great location.Generous sized room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with good shower. Breakfast provided good choice. Requiring improvement - no hooks to hang coats or jackets and only 7 hangers in wardrobe- only one comfortable chair in room. Mirror needed above desk in bedroom as extraction not brilliant in bathroom. Difficult to air towels once used so no option but to get them replaced each day. Drinks in fridge but require bottle opener to open. Not something we usually pack for hotel stay. More milk should be provided in room imo. Nowhere other than outside terrace to sit during day but no snacks /drinks available .
