Everything was clean and functional, even though old and worn. Wifi fairly effective though not great. Air con good and in all rooms. Amazing view. Pool was clean and very nice and was cleaned during our 4 day stay. View and pool were the only things which is as good as on pictures and which lives up to expectations. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants (10 min., but very steep and hard walk).

View spectular from pool and garden very interesting with olive trees to front and side providing much needed shade - vicinity to agni bay , excellent air conditioning- pleasant street

Amazing view, great location! Lovely pool. Cleaning lady and Pool man both very good Villa was well equipped with Kitchen utensils.
