Gili Trawangan is a predominantly Muslim island with two local mosques. As part of daily life, the call to prayer is broadcast across the island five times a day, starting just before sunrise. This is a normal part of life here and can be heard from all areas of the island. Fantastic location and an overall wonderful stay. An easy 5min walk from the harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The bedrooms had excellent air conditioning, and the living area was well-appointed and very comfortable for our group. Appreciated the filtered water. We really enjoyed using the free push bikes—it was such a great way to get around the island 🏝️. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The water pressure was fantastic, with reliable hot water, which made a big difference.

We loved our stay here at Gili villas! Everything was perfect, the place was so beautiful and relaxing, it was also close walking distance to the port and main area and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing too 10/10 would definitely stay here next time we come back! Terimakasih :)

Everything about this stay was incredible. We loved our villa so much, we miss it still! The staff is amazing & very hospitable. Villa is very accessible to the harbour and breakfast was amazing too. Would definitely be back!
