We stayed at Casa Kapuas while visiting Gili T and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. We booked the villa, which was modern, stylish, and had such a welcoming vibe. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a massive bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. Everything about the setup felt thoughtfully designed and relaxing. The amenities were excellent too. You could book tours and rent bikes directly from reception at very reasonable prices, which made exploring the island so much easier. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the customer service. The manager, Tan, truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he treated us like family. He went above and beyond by asking for our number so he could send us recommendations for the best spots on the island, check in on our day, and even take our breakfast orders ahead of time. His genuine care and hospitality is something we’ve never experienced anywhere else in Bali. We cannot recommend Casa Kapuas enough. If you’re coming to Gili T, this is the place to stay.

The staff were exceptional - they were so friendly and knew our names so quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and they went to the effort of providing us with mosquito spray. The property is excellent value for money and we loved the front porch for relaxing. The staff helped us get bikes for cycling around the island and helped book local restaurants too. Bed was comfortable and the outdoor shower a novelty! Beautiful setting with lovely plants and privacy on the porch due to the density of the leaves. It was a spacious room and is a short walk up from the port. It felt really safe walking up to the property even in the dark - might be worth bringing a torch as some streets had little light.
