Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, lovely hotel! Great location, in the middle of the island. 15 min walk to the port and once we arrived at the hotel we rented cycles which was easy to do! Very cute hotel cat which is a bonus. Try the eggy bread for breakfast, was amazing

Matiki is incredible. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with good air con and fans. There are small touches which are brilliant - information about the Gili Islands and surrounding areas. The beach bag in your room to use during your stay. The bike you can use to get around the island. The breakfast!! The pool is also incredibly clean and maintained. The location is also one of the best things, nothing is too far away on Gili Air, but Matiki is far enough from the madness of the port area and close enough to the beach, that slightly central position make the temperature that bit warmer too! The whole place is a little slice of paradise within the paradise of Gili Air. I would highly recommend Matiki to everyone!

I had a wonderful stay at Gili Metaki. The staff is absolutely lovely, very attentive and always available, truly taking great care of their guests. The owner is also incredibly kind and gives excellent advice. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful, and full of thoughtful little details that make a real difference. The hotel also has a small souvenir shop, with items carefully selected with great taste. Thank you so much for this amazing stay. I highly recommend this place!

We loved how friendly the staff were and the quiet location. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty! We loved our room and decided to extend our stay where we moved into a bigger room which was also lovely and comfortable.
