Staff very helpful, nice pool area, pool table at the bar/restaturant. Massage available at hotel at good price (compared to Balangan area). Location only 10 minutes walk from ferry and turtle beach is just outside hotel and north up the coast,

Friendly staff and good location. Good bed. Spacious room and nice grounds and pool. Simple breakfast. Need better cleaning. The room was quite dirty with dirty floors. When taking some clean paper over the toilet seat and around the sink f.ex. it got dirty, so we got the impression that they cleaned with dirty cloths. The jacuzzi outside our room did not get cleaned during our 5 nights stay, so it was full of leaves and flowers from the trees. We only used it the first day because we got a bad impression of the general cleanliness, and therefore it didn't feel so inviting. Other places we stayed in Gili it was normal to clean the pool every day as insects and leaves are falling into the water. The bed was clean though. The room was not cleaned every day which many complains about, but it seems they are not going to improve. The staff (although very friendly) are just saying that they were too busy to clean the room, and will do it tomorrow.

Wonderful location, nice and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large, and the outdoor bathroom made it easy to shower after the beach. Located on the beach it was a great spot to stay.
