Location was great! Snorkelled with turtles every morning. Quiet location and the staff were super helpful in arranging all the activities we wanted to do. Will definitely be back!

Amazing boutique hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great diving directly in front of the hotel. We swam with turtles every day, just 20 metres offshore. Bikes, fins and masks available at the hotel for excellent day rates. Very chilled and relaxing time.

I spent a full week at Alibaba Bungalows, and honestly… I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. First of all, the staff is absolutely incredible. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, always smiling, they really make you feel at home. A very special shoutout to Aloha at the front desk, who was truly a ray of sunshine every single day. His kindness and warm energy made such a difference. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay: a standard room at first, then a bungalow. Both were spotlessly clean, cozy and super comfortable. Of course, the bungalow is a level up: more spacious, beautifully decorated, with a lovely terrace, and well worth the extra price if you can afford it. The pool is clean and well-maintained, perfect to relax in after a beach day. Speaking of which: the beach is literally right in front of the hotel, just a few steps away, super convenient if you want to enjoy the sunrise or go for a quick dip. The restaurant is also great, with tasty food and a lovely vibe. I always felt well taken care of, with genuine smiles and helpful service from everyone. In short: this place has everything, comfort, charm, and heart. I’m so grateful for the peaceful and happy week I spent here. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the whole Alibaba team because you made Gili Air unforgettable. 🌴✨

The staff was very nice, kind and friendly. They took some coconuts from the palm trees that were on the property and gave them to us to drink and eat. The location of the property was very good, the breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable.
