The property is spot clean and the host is excellent plus you can stay outside in the garden and even make barbecue,to be honest it is like a luxurious stay plus you will have quality breakfast with natural orange juice brought to you and can have it in your own comfort.And the place is sound proof so you can be as loud as you want and there is a smart tv and when i say smart it means expensive not like those hotel cheap ones.I would book again when in the area.I also want to mention that quality of the towels that i haven’t seen before,is the bed linen and the pillows along with the duvet and the soft bed is just amazing and you can tell they have paid attention to every single detail when they decided to manage that space.I was really impressed and believe me i am hard to impress ❤️I wish i could upload a video of the property to have clear views of the place.

The proprietor Ray, the accommodation and the Breakfast were all really lovely. Pristine clean and fresh. Just the job. Would have been a TEN - exceptional if the electric shower was a bit more powerful but that's just MY personal preference.

Really friendly welcome, outstanding facilities, a real (well) hidden gem. Lots of little touches, bottled water, pastries, and breakfast was excellent, full English brought to us at a time to suit.. We will be back
