We happily welcome guests accompanied by our clients staying at the establishment. However, please note that any guest who wishes to stay overnight on our premises will be charged a fee of 100 euros per person per night. We allow the presence of only one guest per rented room. This policy aims to guarantee the quality of your stay as well as the tranquility of our other customers. In addition, we will require the presentation of identification documents for security reasons.The first breakfast is free ! The following days, breakfast is charged 15 euros payed in cash and on the spot.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is full of amazing interior decoration and the building architecture is marvellous . Host was very friendly and treated us with a smile our entire stay. We had booked the best room and the view from the room was beautiful. The whole property is well clean and well maintained.

This amazing home with the amazing view to the pond. Cooper, the host, made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast with the view, beautiful pool and the whole design of the house it was just wow. And only 30 min from Paris. Highly recommend ❤️

Me and my friend were supposed to be backpacking outside Europe but due to some unfortunate events we needed to stay in France for a couple of days and then get back home quickly. We booked Utopia home on a very short one day notice and I’m super glad we did. Here we got to relax next to nature and the hosts of this place made everything perfect for us. They were very considerate about everything and we got to relax and be in peace - it was exactly what we needed for a couple of days. This is best to visit with a car but you can absolutely use public transport also like we did.
