Nice host and easy communication. Location is great, great view from the balcony, good modern TV and the pool areas lovely (fee 15 euro/person and week).

Location. Very close to the Town and airport. We decided to walk to the airport for the experience. Within 30 minutes of closing the apartment door we were sat in the departure lounge (includes going through passport control and security). Gibraltar has the most relaxing airport. At the moment it is possible to walk from the apartment and be sitting in a bar in Spain within 30 minutes. The apartment is on the 12th floor but we never had to wait for a lift. It is inside the Ocean Village complex with it's many and varied bars and restaurants. Be aware they may stop serving at, or before, 11.00pm. The bar just outside the back door does an excellent breakfast (real bacon). The pool area is exceptional. It has a number of different types of pools in a beautiful garden setting and it was never too busy while we were there (July 2025). Always sun beds and umbrellas available. It is in a safe and secure gated enclosure. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Small minus no refreshments on sale. The apartment was as I expected, clean, well equipped and maintained with complimentary wine and milk waiting for us in the fridge. However, it's biggest asset is the large, furnished balcony. Sitting with a cold drink from the fridge, watching the aircraft take off and fly into the sunset. Just brilliant. Gibraltar is a very special place for me and this must be one of the best places to experience it from.
