The quiet atmosphere, the location and the staff all very friendly. The swimming pool was great to relax and the rooms were big enough with a lot of amenities. The outdoor shower was amazing!

Peace and tranquility very comfy beds out on site chef and hoste made was amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the food was amazing and cheap

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere overlooking the jungle. Seeing the fireflies at dusk and hearing the frogs and crickets was beautiful. Overall the place was tranquil (except for some log cutting across the river). We were in the smallest cottage but it was more than adequate with a nice porch, excellent air conditioning and a large washroom with an outdoor shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were freshly laundered. The bathroom sink faucet needs replacement and when the manager (Agus) was informed he was responsive and apologetic offering to upgrade us to a larger unit that was available. We declined the offer as we were only there 2 nights and the faucet still worked. The shower had excellent hot water. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff were attentive and the daily breakfast with fruit and coffee or juice was fairly basic but a good start to the day. Breakfast was served on the porch of the cottage which was wonderful. We appreciated the isolation from Ubud but others may choose to stay elsewhere as finding a Warung (restaurant) requires a scooter or Grab (taxi). We rented one of the available scooters with helmets that was available on site which was convenient. We would recommend 100% if you're looking for something outside of Ubud that is tranquil.
