Stayed in Ubud for a longer time period and was happy to be in Soka Homestay! Soka and her family were really forthcoming. They have a water kettle for each room, so you can also have pot noodles. Basic Bali coffee is included. The homestay is rather close to Ubud city centre, so you can easily explore, for some distances you do not even need a bike/Grab bike taxi!

The room itself is clean, well maintained, with solid wooden furniture. Bed was comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep. Perfect location, takes 1-2 mins to reach the main road. Due to the proximity of the other homestays, there’s occasionally some motor bike noise or other voices from outside, nothing to be concerned about. Host & family are hospitable and kind.

Host Wayan was super friendly and always ensured we had everything we needed. Bathroom was nice and big with good hot water.
