⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Absolutely outstanding stay – highly recommended!** We had a wonderful stay in Tanuf, located just **about 15-20 minutes by car from Nizwa**, which makes the location very convenient. The drive between Nizwa and Tanuf is short, easy, and enjoyable – it always passed in a great mood. The house itself is **brand new, modern, and extremely spacious**, and it truly exceeded our expectations. One of the most impressive features is the **indoor pool inside the living area**, which gives the place a unique and luxurious feeling. The house has a **very high ceiling (around 6 meters)**, creating a beautiful open-space atmosphere. On the upper level, overlooking the open living area, there is a **dedicated game and entertainment space** with plenty of **board and social games**. Our children absolutely loved it and spent many joyful evenings there, which made the stay even more special for the whole family. The property also offers a **large private yard**, adding comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are **very spacious and equipped with air conditioning**, ensuring a very comfortable stay. There is also a **mosque right in front of the house**, which adds an authentic local charm. The hosts were **exceptionally kind, welcoming, and thoughtful**. They left plenty of snacks and drinks in the fridge, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. Another great touch was the **Bluetooth connection to speakers throughout the house**, allowing us to enjoy music in the entire space. We used this accommodation as a base to explore the area – we visited **Nizwa Fort** and enjoyed meals in local restaurants in Nizwa. Having such a comfortable and modern place to return to after sightseeing made the experience even better. We truly regret not staying longer. This is an **excellent accommodation** in every sense, and we would **highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nizwa and the surrounding area**. We would happily stay here again.

We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor kitchen in the garden was lovely.We received good information about the location before the arrival
