The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Ghent, very close to everything. It's a unique place that reflects the spirit of the city. We loved our room - it was spacious and cosy. Vincent is an amazing host - very welcoming. It was easy to park the car.

This place is like living inside of an art piece. What a fenomenal apartment! Every detail was carefully crafted and placed with thought. Everything had reason and meaning to be there. To a point we were never sure if we can use any of the things at times as it felt like we are inside of a painting and everything is for viewing only. Bed was really comfortable and bed linen was amazing. Even the bathroom was an art installation and a mix of modern mass production with historic hand crafter pieces. Shared kitchen was as much of an inspiration for us, with variety of cups to suit any taste. What made it even more special is that our huskies were allowed to enjoy the space too and also the perfect addition was the speaker that helped create the atmosphere we wanted inside this art piece. What was interesting there was no TV in any of the rooms but surprisingly we did not need nor want a TV there as it was a completely different atmosphere. All I can say is that we were thankful to be able to experience this art masterpiece and live within it for a day and it has inspired me for ideas to create in our new home, be bold and be different. Location was perfect as well, steps away from central Ghent, that I enjoyed photographing. And my partner who is specialist in Graffiti enjoyed the street art surrounding the town

The Shanghai suite is a really funky room, very well themed throughout, it’s a really large space, great comfy bed, sofa, bath and huge shower wet room , and private courtyard with a hot tub. Amazing. Host Vincent was really friendly and helpful.
