Access to the city requires prior registration of the vehicle on the City of Ghent website.When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of EUR 35 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Wow, location was brilliant with secure parking underneath. Room was exceptionally comfortable with lots of toiletries (including hair conditioner..yes!), towelling robes, steamer iron and ironing board if you needed them. Shower was great, lovely big towels. Air conditioning was fab ..lovely and cool, complimentary water in room. Had a turn down service where a bath mat and slippers were left beside the bed with chocolate on the pillow..and voucher for a free drink each and 3 small sweet treats in a globe. The staff were professional and friendly. Felt very pampered staying there.

The location was right in the middle of the City (old city). It enabled us to walk everywhere. The hotel had excellent air-conditioning, this was most welcome as we spent the 3 hottest days of the year there.
