Location. Close to bars and restaurants. Tram stop outside the door! Car park 2 minute walk away.

The location is very good, walking distance to the city center. The appartment is very spacious, sitting room and bathrooms are decorated with luxurious materials. There is shower oil in the bathrooms, nice guesture. Plenty of wardrobes with clothes hangers.
