Beautifully located, stylishly decorated. Superb facilities. Great breakfast. What really stood out, though, was the staff. So friendly, helpful and genuine. Particular shout out to Anna - really outstanding. Thank you for making the stay for my mum’s 70th a special one.

This hotel was perfect for us, in a quiet pretty location next to a canal, yet only a couple of minutes walk to the castle. The comic book theme is a brilliant idea, both stylish and fun. We enjoyed looking through some of the books in the bar over some great local beers recommended by the hotel founder, who also gave us lots of tips and advice about the city. The room was spacious and modern, and the staff friendly and welcoming. So much nicer and more interesting than a chain hotel. Thoroughly recommended!
