Lovely and attentive staff, check in was straightforward and we were given a lot of great recommendations for activities around the area. Location is perfect, about a 5 minute walk away from the metro which can take you into Bilbao ~ 30 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived earlier than planned without warning and they were kind enough to allow us the room as it was already prepared. The room was very very clean and as we were travelling light we appreciated having shampoo and soap as well as a powerful hairdryer! The shutter made the room dark for sleeping which was great too. When leaving they also allowed us to leave our backpack so we could enjoy our last afternoon comfortably. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent. I had one night in Bilbao to explore, and this was the perfect choice. My host also took the time when I arrived to explain the local area.
