Having been let down by British Airways who cancelled our flight and then after 5 hours of waiting in limbo told us to find our own accommodation I booked three rooms at 11pm - on arrival the night receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms offered everything we could ask for at such late notice. Due to having to return to LHR by 6am we did not have breakfast but this was no fault of the hotel

Gluten free options at all meals were excellent. Food quality excellent. Lovely grounds very well looked after.very warm room but we did find a fan in the wardrobe eventually.
