The while stay was so memorable. The building is massive and so impressive; the staff very welcoming and impeccable, the Onsen (private and public) beautiful. If you‘re looking for a memorable ryokan stay, this is the place to be. :-) Thank you!

A fairy tale like place and magnificent building! During the momiji season you can't believe your eyes that all you see is real. Impeccable service and attitude from the staff.

The only plus of this ryokan is open air onsen. It's beautifully established and not overcrowded with people. Also the location on the top looks nice and surrounded with a forest

1) Welcoming staff 2) Breakfast ceremony was great, but you need to book vegetarian options in advance (better 4-5 days prior to your booking) 3) Onsen experience was wonderful, really relaxing, but be sure you learned all the rules 4) Transfer from the station and back was on time 5) Nice territory where you can have a walk
