Overall the hotel is lovely! It is very remote which is what we were looking for. The views were amazing and the rooms very clean. We had a traditional Japanese room which was lovely but the futons weren’t very comfortable so we doubled up. The staff are lovely, they don’t speak very good English but try very hard.

The hot spring are very nice and the food is surprisingly good. The staff are very helpful as our flight delayed and the staff replied message timely which made our trip went smoothly.
