- The hotel is modern and clean - The evening programs with live performance are amazing; the piano and violin combo on our last night was our favourite - The dinner buffet has an extraordinary quality with top-notch desserts - The hotel is relatively close to main attractions such as Chania and the Balos beach, which was quite convenient for us - The hotel has ample and spacious parking spots that are for free - The spa has a fairly reasonable pricing and great service; note that the spa is operated by a separate company - The main area of the hotel with pools and the beach bar is beautiful

Everything was good in the hotel. Food, stuff, evening live music at pool restaurant, drinks, facilities: pool, indoor and outdoor gym, big carpark, hotel beach is perfect, stunning hotel aesthetics etc.
