Excellent staff. Service for breakfast and dinner was quite outstanding. Housekeeping was good too. Room always cleaned thoroughly and very pleasant to come back to after a long day of outside activities.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Georgetown and just a short walk or drive from many of the city’s must-visit spots, including historical landmarks, vibrant street art, and delicious local eateries. The staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. With its stunning view overlooking the penang bridge, it was both relaxing and visually impressive. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and well-located stay in Penang.
