The fine print

Everything was liked about this property. In fact, I did not want to leave. This was clean, tidy, worth the money and wow 🤩 the service was exceptional.

Did not expect the room to be so large, especially after coming from Singapore where rooms can be on the smaller side. First time experiencing two sinks in a bathroom, which was massive! The staff there were so friendly, from the point of check-in to check-out. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Shout out to Faruk who works at the pool who took the time to show me the sauna and steam room which is complimentary for guests there who use the gym. The gym itself is definitely one of the better ones I've seen in a hotel – there's dumbbells, treadmills and a bike, a lat pulldown machine, a leg press machine and a chest press machine. It's rare to see weight machines in a hotel gym so I appreciated that. Location is close to the beach and a quick Grab ride to most of the usual tourist spots in Georgetown, as well as Gurney Plaza shopping centre. This hotel definitely deserves its 5 star rating.
