Awsome place to stay, the location is excellent. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with amazing views of the city. There are four double beds and two bathrooms. Plenty of hangers and two drying racks if you need to do any washing. The washing machine seems new. The pool is nice too. There's a bakery, café and shop in the building. Security at the entrance, lift access with card. Good communication with the host via WhatsApp. Clear instructions for self-check in. Easy arrangement for security deposit (in cash), returned on check-out. We were given two sets of keys, which was very convenient. Walking distance to various food courts, the 1st Avenue Mall is a 20-minutes walk away. Short distance to old town with Grab.

The place is close to the old town usually only ten to 15 minutes of drive. The place is also clean. With two parking spaces for this residence, it is convenient for us as we also have two cars.
