Bernard, the property manager, was responsive, friendly, and helpful. He allowed us to check in early, and his communication was excellent. Air conditioning worked well, and water was hot. The apartment is basic and quite comfortable, though not entirely as pictured. Lifts were fast. Grab was easy to get, but the one-way system means getting into the heritage area took longer than expected. Great views over the city and water

The apartment was suitable for my group as it was within good distance between places we needed to be. The host got in touch in advance and provided clear instructions on check-in and check-out procedures, pretty professional on this front. Rooms were generally ok and everything was in working order. There's a mini mart at the ground floor alongside some cafes and a bakery with a convenience store a few minutes away.

The apartment feels like a hotel. Theres food nearby and even downstairs. spacious and clean. Instructions about how to take and return keys are provided. They also return the deposit in a few hours after the checkout. Complete facilities from smart TV, stove, mugs, and even soap too. Nice view and overall very comfortable stay.
