The fine print
From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian ID or valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that a Local Council fee of MYR 3 will be charged per room per night and is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.Please note that pets are not allowed at St Giles Wembley Penang.Please note that the St Giles Wembley Penang Hotel, Penang, has a water dispenser installed on every floor. Therefore, bottled water is no longer provided inside the rooms except in the executive category. Two bottles of RO water are complimentary daily in the Executive Superior, Executive Deluxe, and Suite Rooms.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Room is nice. location is nice in the middle of town and easy access to anywhere. breakfast in level 30 is nice and cozy. all staff are very friendly and helpful

- beds were comfortable as with the shower fittings which were strong and user friendly (no fluctuating water temperatures) - located beside two minimarts for easy purchase of amenities
